Below are several ways to incorporate physical activity and wellness into your life:

*Consume nutritional foods and beverages for optimum health and wellness (vegetables, fruits, nuts, lean meats, water, low-fat dairy)

*Exercise at least 3 times per week

*Get adequate rest

*Engage in recreational activities (Wii-Fitness games, bowling, frisbee, frisbee-golf, hiking, swimming, or any other physical activity you enjoy)
